Telesales Executive

Up to £23k basic plus uncapped earnings – Manchester

Our client based in Manchester are currently looking for Telesales Executives to join their growing team. The starting salary for this position is negotiable up to £23k pa, plus an uncapped OTE. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8:45am to 5pm. To be considered for this role, you must have previous B2C or B2B experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities

  • Appointment setting for BDMs to complete teams and zoom meetings with business owners
  • Focus on filling any diaries for any of the BDM’s so not split by geographical area or market sector area
  • Self-generating leads but also have Salesforce with a vast amount of data already uploaded etc
  • Cold calling and building own pipeline
  • Contacting business owners and promoting services
  • Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline
  • Provide overall support to the Sales Executives and Sales function
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

To be a successful in this role you must:

  • Have strong B2C of B2B experience
  • Be pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working to targets
  • Have a professional and intelligent approach to work
  • Have good business acumen, be articulate and able to manage yourself
  • Be ambitious with the determination to succeed
  • You will need to be confident and proactive
